Here you will find some commonly asked questions that we receive for our many products. We hope they help you with questions you may have. If not, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service representatives or technical sales for more information.

We ship the job within 24 – 48 hours for with or without step standard steel stencil. For NanoSlic® process need to add-on 1 day on fabrication. We accommodate faster turnaround when needed.

We recommend IPC-7525 Stencil Design Guidelines edits. Aspect ratio = Width of Aperture/Thickness of stencil = W/T. Area Ratio = Area of Aperture/ Area of Aperture Walls = L x W/ 2x(L+W)xT.

We require a solder paste gerber file in RS-274x format, but we prefer to have silkscreen, solder mask, circuit layer and drill layers to ensure the stencil is accurate to your needs.

We are using fiber lasers Tannlin T11 laser cut machine.

We have nickel foil, fine grain (sus301L), stainless steel (sus304H) and DPS (sus431). If you are interested in others material, please ask us.

We have 29” x 29” standard aluminium frame, 29” x 29” slim frame (silver & green color), magnet frame, others frameless and others customize size frame. Please ask us if you are interested in others frame types.

Yes, we do differ thickness on the same foil. By using chemical etching process and spot-welding.

Chemical etching process can be use into nickel foil, fine grain, standard steel and DPS. If you are interested in others material, please feel free to contact us.

Yes, if you provide the merged data, but the final size must fit within our maximum stencil size.

If you are facing store issue, frameless is your best choice. But the biggest disadvantage is its alignment process as the operator needs to be extra care for each cycle. Framed stencils are securely mounted to aluminium stencil frame using a mesh border and provide ease in alignment. This keeps the stencil foil taut, allowing for complete control.
