AOI Machine
• Our In house Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) System test for potential faults like missing aperture, aperture defects, dimensional defects and aperture positioning accuracy
• AOI is needed as circuits become more complex, it has become almost impossible to manually inspect the stencil apertures
• All products go through 100 AOI final inspection prior to
shipment to prevent any defects from flowing out to the end user
